Registration Procedure

Participants are encouraged to register early. Deadline for registration is June 1, 2017.

First, you need to register on this conference web site (see below) and then thereafter, you need to download AND send to the resort directly your Room booking form: PDF or DOCX. If you use the PDF form we recommend printing and scanning the form to ensure all information is correctly transmitted.

Accommodation: Due to the remote location, the LOC strongly encourages all participants to stay at the conference venue.

The LOC has organized a special block booking of rooms.

Cost and what’s included (all costs are given in $CA):

For 5 nights (arrival Sunday PM, departure Friday AM), the approximate cost will be $1200 (single occupancy, $1022 for accommodation + $178 conference fee) or $800 (double occupancy, $623 for accommodation + $178 conference fee) all taxes included.

Included in this fee:

  • Accommodation
  • Welcome cocktail on Sunday evening
  • Breakfast each day Mon-Fri
  • Lunch each day Mon-Fri
  • Conference banquet
  • Conference outing (Rabaska voyage)
  • All coffee breaks
  • Access to all hotel facilities, including swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hiking trails
  • Proceedings will be financed separately by other sources.
