Airport

The most direct point of access is Montreal’s Pierre Elliott Trudeau international airport (airport code YUL, website:  http://www.admtl.com/Passengers/Home.aspx).

Accommodation:

Due to the remote location, the LOC strongly encourages all participants to stay at the conference venue. The closest alternate hotels are at a distance of 16 km. If you wish to make alternative accommodations, please contact the LOC for assistance.

Transportation:

To facilitate travel to the venue, the LOC has chartered a bus that will collect participants at YUL airport on 6 August and take them directly to the hotel. The bus will also return participants to YUL airport on 11 August. The cost of the bus will depend on demand. At capacity (50 seats), the bus will cost $80 for both directions.

If you do not use the bus option, you will need to rent a car. Cars can be rented at Trudeau Airport. Rental costs range from $300 to $500 CDN depending on vehicle size and insurance requirements. More information can be found at this website: http://www.admtl.com/en/access/car-rental
