Do It Yourself!: Small Sample Test of a Population Mean

This applet calculates and illustrates the one-sample t test for making small-sample inferences concerning a population mean. When the page loads, it contains the data for Example 10.3 in the text. Any of the values can be changed to produce a new value of t and its associated probabilities. Changing the probability will produce a new value of x-bar and t.
